Creamy Garlic Parmesan Dip - Dish with Drew

 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Dip

If you are a wings and pizza person, this garlic parmesan dip needs to be in your fridge. It's creamy, garlicky, cheesy, and it instantly makes anything you dip into it taste better. I've been using this lately in particular for all of my pizza crusts and wings! 🤤

It's also ridiculously easy to make. Freshly grated parmesan is key for the flavor, and real garlic gives it that sharp, punchy bite that bottled garlic just cannot. Everything gets blended with mayo, a little Italian seasoning, lemon juice, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and a splash of heavy cream to make it smooth and rich without being too thick.

You can leave it slightly chunky if you like texture, but I prefer blending it until it is completely silky. Then let it chill for at least an hour so it thickens up and the garlic flavor really settles in.

Use it for wings, pizza, sandwiches, fries, basically anything... enjoyyy! ❤️

2) Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavor to deepen and the sauce to thicken.
