🧾 Ingredients 🧾
1 (15.25-ounce) box cake mix (any flavor)
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
Butter or oil, for cooking
Optional Garnishes:
Strawberries
Whipped cream
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar
Notes: Depending on how you like your pancakes, adding more liquid will make the pancakes thinner.
👨🍳 Instructions 👨🍳
1) In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until fully combined.
2) Add the cake mix to the bowl with the wet ingredients.
3) Gently fold everything together until just combined. Avoid overmixing, as this can make the pancakes dense.
4) Heat a griddle or sauté pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
5) Using about 1/3 cup of batter (or a large cookie scoop), pour the batter into the pan for each pancake.
6) Cook until the edges begin to set and bubbles form on the surface, about 2–4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2–4 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly golden.
7) Serve hot with your favorite toppings like whipped cream, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and maple syrup.
