1/4 cup chicken stock
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon MSG
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Additional Oil, for the grill pan
๐จ๐ณ Instructions ๐จ๐ณ
1) In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the chicken. Whisk until fully combined.
2) Cut the chicken breast into irregular, bite-sized chunks, about 1 inch in size.
3) Add the chicken to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
4) When ready to cook, heat a grill pan over medium heat until fully preheated. Lightly oil the pan, then add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the pan, cook in batches if needed.
5) Cook for 3–5 minutes per side, until the chicken develops some browning and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Carryover cooking will bring it to 165°F.
6) Remove from the pan and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
