McDonalds x K-Pop Demon Hunters has to be some of my favorite sauce collaborations that McDonalds has ever done! After a lot of testing via reverse engineering, I finally have the sauces absolutely spot on. Now you can make their sauces long after they're discontinued, enjoyyy!

Hunter Sauce ⚔️
๐งพ Ingredients ๐งพ
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon tomato powder

๐จ๐ณ Instructions ๐จ๐ณ
1) In a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients until the cornstarch is fully dissolved and no lumps remain.
2) Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Cook until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
3) If the sauce becomes too thick, add water 1 teaspoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
4) Allow to cool to room temperature, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
Demon Sauce ๐น

1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons mustard powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon tomato powder
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons mustard powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon tomato powder
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Optional:
Food coloring
Tabasco sauce
Food coloring

๐จ๐ณ Instructions ๐จ๐ณ
1) In a small saucepan, combine the water, yellow mustard, sugar, cayenne, mustard powder, lemon juice, honey, onion powder, paprika, and tomato powder. Whisk until smooth.
2) Place over medium heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
3) Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
4) Once cooled, whisk in the mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Tabasco and food coloring if using.
5) Serve at room temperature or refrigerate in an airtight container until chilled.
