🧾 Ingredients 🧾
130g Duke's Mayonnaise (7 Tablespoons)
70g Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce (3 Tablespoons)
30g Yellow Mustard (2 Tablespoons)
26g White Granulated Sugar (1 Tablespoon and 2 teaspoons)
5g Apple Cider Vinegar (1 teaspoon)
5g Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon)
1/8th teaspoon Xanthan Gum
👨🍳 Instructions 👨🍳
1) Mix together the sugar, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to dissolve the sugar.
2) In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, yellow mustard and sugar mixture. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
3) Optionally, add in xanthan gum and immediately whisk. The sauce will begin to thicken within 30 seconds and continue to thicken for a few minutes.
