Pumpkin Spice Latte Syrup
It's officially pumpkin spice latte season and this year you deserve better than store-bought; we're making this Fall favorite drink at home! It's super easy, only requires a few ingredients and is so much cheaper than getting it at those chain coffee shops. This will stay good in the fridge for up to 14 days in an airtight container, you can also freeze it if you don't feel you'll use the whole amount by the expiration!

🧾 Ingredients 🧾
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree (about 1/2 a can)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
👨🍳 Instructions 👨🍳
1) Place all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
2) Allow the mixture to cool slightly before passing through a fine mesh strainer.
3) Pour the strained contents into an airtight container or a coffee syrup dispenser bottle.
4) Store for up to 14 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
