Beefy Crunch Burrito
Taco Bell's beefy crunch burrito is hands down my favorite menu item of all time and they always take it away from me. I've spent years reverse engineering their recipes and now you can make it at home! Way too much to post on one page, so I've broken down the three recipes you'll need for this below. If you're a visual learner, like me, I also have a full video tutorial showing the cooking of every component, which you can watch below!
Enjoyyy! 😊❤️

🧾 Ingredients 🧾
One Burrito Sized Flour Tortilla
2 Tablespoons Nacho Cheese
3 Tablespoons Seasoned Beef
3 Tablespoons Seasoned Rice
2 Tablespoons Light Sour Cream
10-15 Flaming Hot Fritos
👨🍳 Instructions 👨🍳
1) Preheat a pan large enough to accommodate the entire size of the tortilla over medium heat. When the pan is hot, place the tortilla in the pan to warm for 15-30 seconds, flip the tortilla and warm for another 15-30 seconds. You will be able to tell that the tortilla is more pliable, which is important to prevent tearing when wrapping the burrito.
2) Place the hot tortilla on a flat surface, spoon 3 tablespoons of seasoned rice in the center of the tortilla, followed by 3 tablespoons of seasoned beef, 2 tablespoons of nacho cheese, two tablespoons of sour cream and 10-15 flaming hot Fritos.
3) Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward over the filling. While holding the sides in place, fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up and over the filling, then gently pull it back toward you to create a tight wrap. Continue rolling the burrito forward until completely sealed, keeping the sides tucked in as you roll.
4) Optionally, place the burrito seam side down back on the heated pan to sear, crisp and seal the burrito.
